Billing

Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. Monthly plans are charged monthly. Annual plans are charged for the full year in advance at the total shown before checkout; the displayed monthly equivalent is for comparison only. USD is the base currency, while Dodo Payments may display local currency and applicable taxes.

Before checkout you will see the plan, billing interval, total price and monthly credit allocation and must explicitly accept these Subscription Terms and the Refund Policy.

Credit allocation and expiry

Monthly plans receive their full allocation after each confirmed successful payment. Annual plans receive one monthly allocation after the annual payment and eleven more allocations on the monthly UTC purchase-date anchor. Month-end anchors move to the last valid day of shorter months.

Each subscription batch expires when the next monthly allocation is due. Credits do not roll over. Subscription credits are spent before permanent welcome credits. The current image and tattoo-idea costs are shown on the pricing and billing pages.

Plan changes and failed payments

Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated billing and a full monthly credit supplement for the tier difference. Downgrades normally take effect at the next billing date. Failed payments may place the subscription on hold and pause future allocations until the payment method is updated in the Dodo Customer Portal.

Cancellation

Use Billing to open the Dodo Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund or mandatory law requires otherwise, access and scheduled credit allocations continue only through the paid-through date recorded for the subscription. Closing the local account immediately disables access and schedules renewal cancellation without automatically refunding unused time.
